Managing a growing company is challenging yet very rewarding.  Injectech has always looked for opportunity within obstacles as we have had great success with this strategy in the past.  The onset of Covid has certainly added pressure to our personal and professional lives.  It is through faith and perseverance that Injectech was able to accomplish the following items while managing growth in these Covid times

As of February, 2021 our 2,500 square foot addition to our clean room is completed and certified.  This is a Class 8 clean room and will be used to primarily house our assembly lines and QC Department.  Injectech is also taking delivery of two new molding machines.  This will help alleviate some of the capacity build-up due to Covid.

Injectech is also developing several additional mold bases.  We have worked closely with our customers regarding their demand fluctuations over the last year.  We also practice predictive forecasting.  By adding several mold bases, our current demand will be covered while allowing extra capacity for new products that will be introduced in the coming months.

Finally, we have added Rogel Balbuena to our Quality Team.  Bill Shedd is transitioning into retirement which will occur in the second quarter of this year.  Currently, Bill, Rogel and Matt are managing the transition.  Rogel has many years’ experience with medical device and specifically medical component quality systems.  We welcome him to our team.
