Dave is the Vice President of Business Development and has been with Injectech since 2002. Dave is originally from Apple Valley, Minnesota and graduated from Colorado State University here in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Dave is the father to an energetic daughter who keeps him busy playing with Barbie and the gang. When Dave isn’t in the office he enjoys working on personal development, hiking and reading.
What Dave enjoys most about working at Injectech is the opportunity to help his employees, customers, vendors and communities. It brings him a great sense of pride to know that our products are used in life saving devices. He also loves the challenge of managing a growing company. And something to keep in mind is that Dave is always ready for a customer/vendor visit that culminates on one of Colorado’s ski resorts!
Larry is the Vice President of Research and Development and has been with Injectech since the beginning, as he is the founder of the company. Larry is originally from Tucson, Arizona and graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
He and his spouse Vicki are the proud parents of three children, Chris, Blake and Annika and they are also the proud dog parents to Tiki, Maverick and Peanut. In his free time, Larry enjoys cross fit, hiking and fishing in the Colorado outdoors and is always up for a new travel adventure.
What Larry loves most about Injectech is the environment/culture he and Dave have created. His vision was to create a workplace that would provide flexibility and balance to family life and work. He feels truly fortunate to know and work with such dedicated, amazing people, and to provide an environment that allows them to enjoy that family, work life balance that has always been important to him.
Caesar De Los Santos
Caesar is the Operations Manager at Injectech and has been with the company since 2014. Caesar’s hometown is Scottsbluff, Nebraska (Go Big Red) and he graduated from USMC.
Caesar and his wife Angie are the proud parents to a large family consisting of five daughters, one son and five grand kids. When he isn’t keeping Injectech’s operations running, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and camping. What Caesar enjoys most about working at Injectech is his coworkers.
Rebecca is the Human Resources Manager and Project Manager at Injectech and has been with the company since 2016. Originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, she attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln for her undergraduate and Regis University for her Master of Science in Management/Human Resources.
Rebecca married her husband Stu in 1999 and has a son, Spencer, who is attending CSU, dual majoring in Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering, and a daughter, Riley, who will be attending GCU majoring in Communications and Criminal Justice. When Rebecca isn’t at Injectech she enjoys hiking, riding ATV’s/snowmobiles and skiing.
What she loves most about Injectech is the fact that it is simply a great place to work. The culture/environment is the best she has ever experienced being very family-oriented, focused on employee development and continuous improvement, advancement from within, diversity, teamwork and having fun. Injectech truly wants their employees to want to come to work and to enjoy their jobs.
Rogel is the Quality Systems Manager at Injectech and has over 20 years of experience in the Medical Device, Aerospace and Automotive industries.
He is a certified Six Sigma, certified Lead Auditors for both ISO13485, ISO9001 and AS9100D, with proven track records in continuous improvement programs.
What Rogel loves most about Injectech is the positive work environment where respect for work life balance is very much encouraged. He enjoys working with an exceptional group of people where trust and dedication are contagious!
During summertime, Rogel is an avid boater and loves to boat, paddle board and camp with his family and close friends.
