Quality Systems Administrator
Establish and implement quality management system requirements in accordance with the ISO 13485 International Standard.
Manages workplace safety, performs quality control inspections, and audits internal and external systems.
Makes decisions on quality acceptance and communicates these decisions to department leaders so that they can support the company's goals and objectives.
Oversees quality department to include direct supervision of leads in the cleanroom.
Establish and document the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities and address resulting corrective & preventive actions.
Communicate with customers on issues involving quality and complaints.
Manage quality systems training compliance and validation.
Manage instrument calibration and certification.
Coordinate the release of raw materials to production and disposition of non-conforming materials.
Review customer requirements and make sure they are met.
Engage in risk management evaluation and mitigation processes
Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
Set standards for quality as well as health and safety.
Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international // national standards and regulatory requirements.
Search for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Define quality procedures in conjunction with operations staff.
Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing analytical reports.
Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
Coordination and completion of inspection methods of Injection molded and assembled parts.
Demonstrates knowledge to hold to standards of International Standards Organization (ISO) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) within the Quality Assurance Department
Assures that all work assigned to position is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions and requirements.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is expected to sit or stand for 8 hours per day.
