What is happening

These businesses have spent the past several months integrating leadership, engineering resources and operational systems. This announcement formalizes what many customers have already experienced: one organization, and coordinated access to capabilities that previously required multiple suppliers.

Every site continues to operate with the same teams. A unified brand identity will launch in early 2027. Until then, we will continue under the MRPC, PDC, Injectech, and Resenex names.

The businesses - Each business and where to find them

MRPC

Butler, WI · Hudson, NH · Largo, FL

Liquid silicone rubber, high-consistency rubber, and thermoplastic molding, overmolding, and multi-material molding, of dissimilar materials, with cleanroom assembly, packaging, and sterilization management.

PDC

Scottsdale, AZ

Precision molding with in-house tooling: micro parts, micro-on-macro, injection molding, and demanding polymers including PEEK, COP, and COC, for implantable components, microfluidic devices, point-of-care cassettes, and microtiter plates.

Injectech

Fort Collins, CO

Custom-engineered fluid path components and assemblies, from concept through qualified production, backed by a catalog of proven luers, connectors, check valves, and spikes when a standard part is the right solution.

Resenex

Scottsdale, AZ

Plastic fluid flow products including high-flow check valves, shielded connectors, and barbed connectors for biopharmaceutical, infusion, wound care, surgical, and in-vitro diagnostic applications. A brand of PDC.

Start with what's hard

Complex devices rarely present one problem. Together, we can work on your most challenging product designs and simplify the delivery of your finished device.

Hard to mold

Sub-millimeter features, micron tolerances and engineered polymers

Hard to bond

Silicone to metal, silicone to plastic and dissimilar materials

Hard to complete

Engineering, design for manufacturability, assembly to finished device

A program can start with a single precision molded component and continue through cleanroom assembly, packaging, and sterilization management, with custom or catalog fluid path components alongside it. We’re here to make your complex products simple for you to manage, and deliver you finished devices.

Built to keep growing

Operating as one company is the first step in building a manufacturing company around what medical device and life science OEMs need next. The organization will continue to invest in people, technology, capacity and complementary capabilities so it can deliver more complete, finished-device solutions reliably and at scale, providing a single-source option that remains difficult to find in the market today.

Today, the combined company offers:

  • Silicone and thermoplastic molding, including LSR, HCR and rubber molding, and multi-material molding of dissimilar materials such as thermoplastic and silicone
  • Precision and micro injection molding, including micro-on-macro, injection molding and overmolding, with expertise in demanding polymers such as PEEK, COP and COC
  • In-house tooling and mold making, design for manufacturability and process development
  • Cleanroom assembly, packaging, sterilization management and supply chain support
  • Fluid management components, including luer connectors, check valves, barbed and shielded connectors, tubing connectors and spikes, available as catalog products or custom designs

Precision in MedTech

In medical device and life science manufacturing, the impact on people is why most of us are here, and we know where these parts end up. We make things like connectors on infusion lines, seals inside surgical instruments and valves inside bioprocess systems. The components may be small, but they are critical.

That is what pulls us toward the harder problems: whether two materials can be made to bond, whether a feature can be held tighter than it has been held before, what is possible when the answer is not obvious yet.

Sometimes a customer is trying to build something that has never existed. Sometimes they are working to ensure the device is available when a patient needs it. Either way, our customers are moving this industry forward, and they can only move as fast as what we can make.

Depth takes decades

With more than a century of molding for one, these businesses started in different places. A button factory in Wisconsin, an engineering desk in Arizona, a rented garage in Colorado, a line of patented valves out of Southern California. Each of them found their way into medtech. Decades later, each one has a specialization built on that time. Now, all four specializations sit in one organization.

What comes next

All four brands will be exhibiting together for the first time at MD&M Midwest, October 28-29, 2026, at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

A unified brand identity will be introduced in early 2027.
