As we continue to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and changes closely, the health and well-being of our associates, customers, and their families is of utmost importance to us. On March 26, 2020 Colorado Governor, Jared Polis enacted a “shelter-in-place” order in response to the COVID-19 outbreak in Colorado. Injectech is classified as an “essential” business, which has allowed us to remain open and operational with a limited staff to fulfill the needs of our customers. As the restrictions are slowly being lifted in Colorado, we are still taking extra safety precautions at our facility to maintain the health of our employees and cleanliness of our manufacturing processes and products.

As a critical partner to your business, we also understand that limiting any impact this health event could have on our service to our clients is imperative. We were focused on our preparedness efforts to maintain a safe work environment for our associates and to sustain our business operations and have implemented them successfully.

Security, safety and well-being is integral to our products, business processes and infrastructure. We have a robust integrated Business Resiliency Program in place that is managed by a dedicated team who are committed to keeping our operations running smoothly so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

Manufacturing Operations and Raw Material Usage

Injectech’s engineering, production and quality management teams have been heavily monitoring any and all potential changes with our raw material suppliers and vendors as a result of COVID-19. Thus far, we have not received communication concerning any disruption in supplies or warnings of upcoming issues. Therefore, we do not expect any delays in manufacturing operations or delivery of Injectech components. We are committed to informing our customers immediately if we encounter any complications.

Facilities and Personnel

All Injectech fittings will continue to be manufactured, inspected and packaged in our class 8 clean room by trained personnel meeting ISO 13485 standards. This already inherently ensures a high level of cleanliness with all our components. However, as an added precautionary measure, our production and leadership teams have held meetings with all employees. These meetings facilitated clear communication, instruction, and implementation of enhanced hygienic safety measures, in order to mitigate any potential for contact with the virus or any other potentially harmful bacteria.

We have limited the staff allowed in our facility designating essential and non-essential personnel. Non-essential personnel have been directed to work remotely. Essential staff is reporting in alternating shifts to maintain proper social distancing.

Any employee who exhibits symptoms of the cold/flu, etc. has been required to remain home with allocated PTO to alleviate any financial responsibility to attend work when ill.

Here at Injectech, we proudly serve the respiratory industry and understand the increased need for components used in ventilators due to COVID-19 and we remain ready to meet this demand as we have over the past few months.

The fluid control components we can provide include nylon tube to tube connectors in tee, elbow and Y configurations, threaded elbow connectors, nylon panel mounts and nylon tee tube to tube reducing connectors.
